Case No. 76\/2003<\/p>\n<p>                   (G.R. No. 2116\/2003), pending in the court of Smt.<\/p>\n<p>                   Reshma Verma,       Judicial Magistrate, 1st     Class,<\/p>\n<p>                   Muzaffarpur.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks<\/p>\n<p>                   permission to withdraw this application with respect<\/p>\n<p>                   to petitioner no. 1, as submitted, he is now dead.<\/p>\n<p>                   Hence, this application becomes infructuous with<\/p>\n<p>                   respect to petitioner no. 1 namely, Harihar Rai.<\/p>\n<p>                             Accordingly,     this   application    stands<\/p>\n<p>                   disposed of as withdrawn with respect to petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   no. 1 namely, Harihar Rai.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             So far as petitioner no.2 namely, Pano<\/p>\n<p>                   Devi, is concerned, she is named accused in this<\/p>\n<p>                   eight years old case being mother-in-law of deceased<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          sister of the complainant informant.<\/p>\n<p>                    Submission          is     that    police      after<\/p>\n<p>          investigation submitted final form much before, but<\/p>\n<p>          taking a different view in the year 2009, cognizance<\/p>\n<p>          was taken, perhaps, ignoring the application filed by<\/p>\n<p>          the informant as early as in the year 2004 stating<\/p>\n<p>          that deceased in fact died of snake biting.<\/p>\n<p>                    Considering the facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>          in the event of informant appearing before the court<\/p>\n<p>          below supporting the contents of the petition said to<\/p>\n<p>          have been filed on his behalf on 27.09.2004<\/p>\n<p>          exonerating   the       petitioner   and    other     accused<\/p>\n<p>          persons and also stood as one of the bailors, in the<\/p>\n<p>          event of her arrest or surrender within a period of<\/p>\n<p>          four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>          enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>          Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>          of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.<\/p>\n<p>          Reshma Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st                 Class,<\/p>\n<p>          Muzaffarpur, in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>          No. 76\/2003 (G.R.
