No.3778\/2009-Y\n                      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                  Dated this the 4th day of February, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The petitioner is working as Casual Sweeper in the Primary<\/p>\n<p>Health Centre, Manakadavu.       She joined service in the year 1988 and,<\/p>\n<p>thereafter, have been working continuously.         On 19\/08\/2004, she was<\/p>\n<p>terminated from service as per the order of the third respondent.         The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is seeking for regularisation in the light of Ext.P2 Government<\/p>\n<p>Order, wherein guidelines have been issued for regularising existing eligible<\/p>\n<p>casual sweepers and appointments against future arising vacancies of<\/p>\n<p>sweepers\/cleaners in Government Offices.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The petitioner contends that without taking any action in the<\/p>\n<p>matter, the third responded is trying to induct fresh hands in the place of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner where she is working. Seeking for appropriate reliefs, she has<\/p>\n<p>moved the first respondent in the matter, and a true copy of the petition is<\/p>\n<p>produced as Ext.P3.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Hence, therefore, there will be a direction to the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3. If it is found that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is eligible for grant of benefits under Ext.P2 scheme, such<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.3778\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>benefits will also be extended to her. Appropriate orders will be passed<\/p>\n<p>within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.
