4. We have heard the learned Counsei appearing foriai\ufb01oeiiaintisjanids i<\/p>\n
learned counsel appearing for respondents.\n<\/p>\n
5. After carefui perusal oftE’aeV_impagnedijtndgnjent and aii\/ard what<\/p>\n
emerges is   _Co:nnaitted grave error in not
\nawarding any a-znount \u00bb.oit.’–~estate. Having regard to the age
\nof the deceasediiia-rid the ‘a.i;\u00a79ocation we can safely assess the
\nincome  “deceasedaVt____Rs,. 3,000\/- pm. out of which 1\/3 to be
\npersonal expenses of the deceased and the net<\/p>\n
