NO. 16758 OF 2008 T\n                  --------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 5th June, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner, feeling aggrieved by Ext.P1 order, has preferred<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 Appeal and Ext.P3 stay petition before the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent.     Petitioner is faced with revenue recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings vide Ext.P4. Heard the learned special Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader also. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>stay petition in accordance with law, within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment. Till<\/p>\n<p>such time as a decision is taken as aforesaid, Ext.P4 shall be<\/p>\n<p>kept in abeyance.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Petitioner will produce a copy of this Judgment before the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent as soon as it is made available to it.<\/p>\n<p>                                          K.
