Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :01\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.33661 OF 2008(G)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the Ist day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Challenge in this writ petition is against Exts.P13 and P20.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P13 is an order placing the petitioner under suspension and<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P20 is an order rejecting the review petition filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner for revoking the suspension.<\/p>\n<p>      2. When the matter came up for hearing, it was submitted by<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Pleader that in the meeting of the<\/p>\n<p>Suspension Review Committee held on 9.7.2009, it has been<\/p>\n<p>decided to revoke the order of suspension and that the<\/p>\n<p>recommendation has been made to the first respondent. If such a<\/p>\n<p>decision has been taken by the Suspension Review Committee, 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent has to issue orders in implementation of the above.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
