A dispute \ufb01led under Section 70 of the Act is\n\nrequired to be dealt and disposed of by the Reg'str*:;\u00a7~--,,jby\n\nexercising his powers under Sectien 71 of  \n\nRule 31 cf the Karnataka Co-operative  K  \n\n1960. V.\n\nLakshmmmjayaxi\u00e9t,  counsel for the petitioner\n\n _ was   submit, as to how this writ petition\n\n   by-passing the statutory remedy\n\n  of the Act.\n 4.  V.
