Appointments have<\/p>\n<p>                 come to be made on the basis of a newspaper advertisement<\/p>\n<p>                 inviting applications from S.C. &amp; S.T. candidates for the post of<\/p>\n<p>                 drivers in the Civil Court as it was reserved for S.C. &amp; S.T.<\/p>\n<p>                 category only.
