It is averred<\/p>\n<p>in the Writ Petition that pursuant to the same, the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>issued identity cards to the petitioner as well as 10 members of<\/p>\n<p>staff under him.     Exhibits P1(a) to (g) are the copies of the<\/p>\n<p>identity cards.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The matter was going on smoothly and when one<\/p>\n<p>Station Manager Shri Rahim was appointed, he restrained the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner from entering into the Station and accordingly there<\/p>\n<p>arose some dispute in respect of that matter. The main prayer in<\/p>\n<p>the Writ Petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to grant<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner payment of the work of handling parcel in Alwaye<\/p>\n<p>Railway Station with effect from 7.12.2007 at the rate of Rs.10<\/p>\n<p>per ton. The further prayer is to direct the respondents to furnish<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner his work experience certificate as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)No.7234\/10            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      3.    Heard   the    learned   Standing   Counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.      It is submitted that the 2nd respondent will<\/p>\n<p>consider Exhibit P4 after verifying the records maintained in the<\/p>\n<p>Office concerned and then take steps in the matter. The learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner submits that Exhibit P3 may also be<\/p>\n<p>directed to be considered by the 2nd respondent while considering<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P4 representation.     Exhibit P3 is a reply given by the<\/p>\n<p>Additional Divisional Railway and Appellate Authority. Therefore<\/p>\n<p>the same also will be considered by the 2nd respondent.        The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner can also appear before the 2nd respondent and place all<\/p>\n<p>the details available to him in that regard.
