urged  the Miscellaneous Court was that, the<\/p>\n
 Amattderfdiwas under negotiation for settlement, as such,<\/p>\n

evidence led in the Miscellaneous case and the plaintiffs<\/p>\n
did not speak about the settiement, in turn, he alleged<\/p>\n
that there were some talks about the settlementtudfppthe<\/p>\n
dispute, as such, the plaintiffs did not <\/p>\n

agreement nor this suit is for specific performance of<\/p>\n
