M. SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAssistant Government Pleader Ms. Monali Bhatt<\/a> shall file a personal<br \/>\naffidavit of the Collector by tomorrow stating therein as to what are<br \/>\nthe duties of the Collector. If there is any law and order problem,<br \/>\nwhether the Collector has to solve it and if there is any obstruction<br \/>\nor the road or any agitation by the villagers on the road, whether<br \/>\nthe road has to be got cleared by the Collector with the help of<br \/>\npolice administration ? If yes, then why the Collector has not acted<br \/>\nin this matter on or before 16.4.2011 ? When obstruction has been<br \/>\nreported, what has been done by the Collector, whether duty of<br \/>\nCollector is to visit the spot and to get hindrances cleared on the<br \/>\npublic road ?
