Nos.24636\/2009-Y &amp; 26328\/2009-I\n                      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                   Dated this the 27th day of October, 2009\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In these two writ petitions, the challenge is against an order passed by<\/p>\n<p>the Director of Public Instruction produced as Ext.P6 in W.P.(C).<\/p>\n<p>No.26326\/2009. The petitioner in W.P.(C).No.26326\/2009 is the Manager<\/p>\n<p>and the petitioner in W.P.(C).No.24636\/2009 is a teacher who is aggrieved<\/p>\n<p>by the order passed by the D.P.I. They have filed separate revision petitions<\/p>\n<p>before the Government which have been produced as Ext.P7 in both the writ<\/p>\n<p>petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that<\/p>\n<p>direction may be issued to the Government to dispose of the the revision<\/p>\n<p>petitions within a shortest possible time.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Heard the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>      4.     The issue relates to transfer of various teachers. Therefore, the<\/p>\n<p>revision petitions will have to be disposed of expeditiously. There will be a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the first respondent to take a decision on the revision petitions<\/p>\n<p>within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,<\/p>\n<p>after hearing the petitioners and other affected parties.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). Nos.24636\/2009 &amp; 26328\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      5.     The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(C).<\/p>\n<p>No.24636\/2009 submitted that a direction may be issued to disburse the<\/p>\n<p>salary of the petitioner which has been withheld.<\/p>\n<p>      6.     In the proceedings of the Director of Public Instruction, order<\/p>\n<p>No.EM (4)\/60716\/2009\/DPI\/D.DIS, dated 13\/10\/2009, there is a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the District Educational Officers and the Manager to take necessary steps to<\/p>\n<p>release the salaries to the teachers who did not get the same consequent on<\/p>\n<p>the transfer orders dated 28\/05\/2009 and 29\/05\/2009 and release the same<\/p>\n<p>immediately. Therefore, the complaint of the petitioner will also be looked<\/p>\n<p>into and action will be taken in accordance with the said direction.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.
