No. 26778 OF 2009\n\n        = = = = = = = = = = = = = == = = = = = = =\n\n          Dated this the 23rd day of September 2009.\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      A complaint was launched by the petitioner who was<\/p>\n<p>working as a Head Nurse in the Taluk Head Quarters Hospital at<\/p>\n<p>Chengannur that she had abused by a Peon. The matter was<\/p>\n<p>enquired into and Ext.P4 enquiry report shows that the Peon<\/p>\n<p>against whom the petitioner filed a complaint had actually<\/p>\n<p>committed the misconduct.           But a warning was also<\/p>\n<p>recommended as against the petitioner.               It was also<\/p>\n<p>recommended that both the incumbents be transferred from the<\/p>\n<p>office.  According to the petitioner, Sri.Vijayan, Peon was<\/p>\n<p>transferred to a nearby place, most convenient to him and she<\/p>\n<p>has been transferred to a far off place.<\/p>\n<p>      2. In my view, the matter shall be looked into by the<\/p>\n<p>Director of Health Services who shall decide whether any action<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner is either warranted or justified. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a representation<\/p>\n<p>before the Director of Health Services within 3 weeks from today<\/p>\n<p>and the Director shall take appropriate action within 6 weeks<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No. 26778 OF 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>thereafter.
