Counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner stated that though previously also a copy of the complaint<br \/>\n was forwarded to the higher authorities, i.e. Commissioner of<br \/>\nPolice, Vadodara and  the Director General of Police, Gandhinagar,<br \/>\nthe petitioner shall make a representation  to the Commissioner of<br \/>\nPolice, Vadodara  regarding inaction  on the part of the concerned<br \/>\npolice inspector.  If such representation is made, the same shall be<br \/>\nconsidered expeditiously  and steps as may be found necessary in the<br \/>\nfacts of the case in accordance with law  be taken.
