NO. 21958 OF 2005\n                          ---------------------\n\n              Dated this the 13th day of August, 2007\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, Govt. has issued Ext.P9<\/p>\n<p>order on June 25, 2007 by which the appointment of the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>HSA (Maths) has been approved. What now remains is only that<\/p>\n<p>respondent No.4 has to pass appropriate consequential orders<\/p>\n<p>granting the benefits receivable by the petitioner. This shall be done<\/p>\n<p>by respondent No.4, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to mention, petitioner shall be afforded sufficient<\/p>\n<p>opportunity to be heard before any decision is taken in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner shall produce a certified copy of the judgment along with a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the writ petition before respondent No.4 for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                              A.K.
