We \u00a0 heard \u00a0 this \u00a0 case \u00a0 through \u00a0 video \u00a0 conferencing. \u00a0 The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 was\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Nalanda\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0The\u00a0Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Patna\u00a0studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0both\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n<p>3.      The\u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 had\u00a0 sought\u00a0a \u00a0number\u00a0 of\u00a0 information\u00a0 regarding\u00a0 various\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>payments\u00a0due\u00a0to\u00a0him.\u00a0Although\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0some\u00a0information,\u00a0he\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/AT\/A\/2010\/000886\u00adSM<br \/>\n was\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0and\u00a0had\u00a0approached\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellate\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Authority\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0some\u00a0more\u00a0information.<\/p>\n<p>4.      During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0drew\u00a0our\u00a0attention\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0query\u00a0number\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3\u00a0and\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0certain\u00a0allowances\u00a0to\u00a0which\u00a0he\u00a0was\u00a0entitled\u00a0before\u00a0his\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>promotion\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0next\u00a0higher\u00a0rank\u00a0had\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0authorised\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0AG\u00a0and,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>consequently,\u00a0these\u00a0amounts\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0recovered\u00a0from\u00a0his\u00a0salary.\u00a0He\u00a0wanted\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>this\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0corrected\u00a0and\u00a0restored\u00a0to\u00a0him.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>5.      The \u00a0 Respondent \u00a0 submitted \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 office \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 AG \u00a0 had \u00a0 sought\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>clarifications\u00a0 from\u00a0 the \u00a0 State \u00a0 Government\u00a0 regarding\u00a0 the \u00a0 admissibility\u00a0 of\u00a0 such\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>allowance\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0employee\u00a0concerned\u00a0and\u00a0since\u00a0the\u00a0State\u00a0Government\u00a0had\u00a0not\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>yet\u00a0clarified\u00a0the\u00a0matter,\u00a0the\u00a0AG\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0position\u00a0to\u00a0revise\u00a0its\u00a0orders\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>regard.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>6.      Be\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0it\u00a0may,\u00a0we\u00a0think\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0informed\u00a0about\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0circumstances\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0in\u00a0some\u00a0detail.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>write\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0of\u00a0receiving\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0stating\u00a0clearly\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>sequence\u00a0of\u00a0steps\u00a0taken\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0AG\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0regard\u00a0and\u00a0also\u00a0to\u00a0enclose\u00a0copies\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0correspondence\u00a0made\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0State\u00a0Government.<\/p>\n<p>7.      The\u00a0appeal\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0off\u00a0accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>8.
