GSRTC and learned advocate Mr.<br \/>\nVibhuti Nanavati appearing on behalf of Insurance Company.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthese appeals, the amount which has been awarded by the Claims<br \/>\nTribunals is very small, but, the appellant &#8211; GSRTC has challenged<br \/>\nthe same before this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tI<br \/>\nhave considered the submissions made by learned advocates appearing<br \/>\non behalf of respective parties. However, looking to the smallness of<br \/>\nthe amount involved in these appeals, this Court is not entertaining<br \/>\nthese appeals and has dismissed the appeals on that ground alone.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthese appeals stand dismissed in view of the smallness of the amount<br \/>\ninvolved in these appeals without expressing any opinion on merits.<br \/>\nIt is made clear that disposal of these appeals will not come in way<br \/>\nof other appeals which have been filed by appellant ?
