Misc. No.24990 of 2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Taking that into consideration petitioner is also allowed<\/p>\n<p>                    the same privilege.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released<\/p>\n<p>                    on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Cheria-Bariarpur P. S.
