.3 The learned counsel for the appellant<\/p>\n
it .ce;}tended that the Commissioner was not 3’usti\ufb01ed in<\/p>\n
it  aesessing the iess of earriing capacity at 30%. He also<\/p>\n
submitted that the Commissioner has assessed the<\/p>\n
ices cf earning capacity at 30% based on the evidence of<\/p>\n

1 1. It is relevant to note, the Commissioner has<\/p>\n
awarded compensation of Rs.95,305_{‘\u00a7–.  the<\/p>\n
loss of earning capacity at__30%,   <\/p>\n
for the appeltant contendeci-that “thel was ‘A<\/p>\n
not justi\ufb01ed in assessizlgg’-\ufb02ee Ides ofVVea;ezii_\u00a7ig~~capacityL’ at
\n30%. I do not   ti1\u00a7e”coIzten\ufb01on of the

not produced any documentary evidence. Therefore, the<\/p>\n
Commissioner has taken the wages at Rs.2,500\/- per<\/p>\n
month which cannot be said to be unreasonable.<\/p>\n
