Munshaw, learned<br \/>\nadvocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tWith<br \/>\nthe consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\nthe present application is taken up for final hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been preferred by the applicant-original<br \/>\npetitioner for fixing the early date of hearing of main Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts narrated in the application, Registry is directed to notify<br \/>\nthe main Special Civil Application for final hearing on 25\/01\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tWith<br \/>\nthis, the present application is allowed.
