The main<\/p>\n<p>contention of the petitioner is that the issue regarding absorption<\/p>\n<p>of Assistant Engineers is subject matter of W.A.No.2005\/03 and<\/p>\n<p>hence Ext.P1 order fixing the quota for absorption should not have<\/p>\n<p>been issued by the Government.
