RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 .........................................\n                        B.A. No. 5127 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n                           Date: 14.09.2010\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.<br \/>\n452\/2010 of Kumbla Police Station for offences punishable under<br \/>\nSections 324,354 and 452 read with 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory<br \/>\nbail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature.   But at the same time,          I am inclined to permit the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<br \/>\npurpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<br \/>\nconsidered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction.        Accordingly, the<br \/>\npetitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<br \/>\n24.09.2010 or on 25.09.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<br \/>\nrecovery of incriminating material, if any.
