At the stage of<\/p>\n<p>admission, taking into account the submissions made, this court<\/p>\n<p>passed the following order.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           &#8220;Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first<br \/>\n           respondent on instructions submits that first respondent<br \/>\n           will issue stop memo to the second respondent as<br \/>\n           according to the counsel, the construction being made by<br \/>\n           the 2nd respondent is without obtaining the requisite<br \/>\n           permission from the authority.
