The State Of Bihar.\n                2. Amar Kr. Dwivedi Inspector, customs Div, Motihari.\n                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02      19.07.2011                This application has been filed for quashing the order<\/p>\n<p>                        of cognizance dated 17.01.2008 on the ground that the police has<\/p>\n<p>                        submitted final form in this case and the Court has differed with<\/p>\n<p>                        the findings of the Officer-in-Charge and took cognizance in this<\/p>\n<p>                        matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  On perusal of the order impugned, it appears that the<\/p>\n<p>                        Court has considered the evidence that has come in the case<\/p>\n<p>                        diary and come to the conclusion that prima facie case is made<\/p>\n<p>                        out against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In the result, I am not inclined to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>                        order impugned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  This application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.
