Without expressing anything on the claim of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, it is directed that the third respondent shall consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 expeditiously and at any rate within a period of 8 weeks<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
