Heard    learned       counsels          for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner being the relative of<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant is apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under Section 364 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Initially,       the       police    case        was<\/p>\n<p>                   registered     when   the    accusation       was       found<\/p>\n<p>                   false which led to submission of final form<\/p>\n<p>                   but differing with the same, learned court<\/p>\n<p>                   below has taken cognizance in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is further submitted that in the<\/p>\n<p>                   complaint,     specific     accusation       is    against<\/p>\n<p>                   accused nos. 1 and 5 who are not petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   before this court. It is further submitted<\/p>\n<p>                   that there is serious litigation going on<\/p>\n<p>                   from before between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that accusation<\/p>\n<p>                   was found false against the petitioner, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail in the event of            arrest or     surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before   the   learned      court     below       within    a<\/p>\n<p>                   period   of    twelve       weeks     from    today        in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>        42   of     2006   on    furnishing   bail    bond       of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of    the      learned     C.J.M.     Darbhanga          at<\/p>\n<p>        Laheriasarai, subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>        laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code<\/p>\n<p>        of Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<p>U.
