Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>              3. The writ petition is disposed of directing that if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner files an application for stay before the Ist respondent within a<\/p>\n<p>period of one week from today, the said respondent will consider the<\/p>\n<p>same and take a decision within one month from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>such application.
