Cell, Pathanamthitta<\/p>\n<p>since April, 2000.     Petitioner claims that she is entitled to be<\/p>\n<p>regularised    in  service   in  terms    of  Exhibit   P4,   G.O.(P)<\/p>\n<p>No.501\/2005.      According to the petitioner, the sweeping area<\/p>\n<p>serviced by her is 150.81 Sq.Meters. An application for creation<\/p>\n<p>of a part time post has been submitted before the Government as<\/p>\n<p>per Exhibit P5.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    G.O.(P)No.501\/05 deals with regulation of service of<\/p>\n<p>part time sweepers and also regularisation of their service subject<\/p>\n<p>to the conditions mentioned therein. The application for creation<\/p>\n<p>of part time post and regularisation of the services of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is therefore a matter which is pending consideration.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)No.15075\/08               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>first respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibits P5 after<\/p>\n<p>hearing the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.
