No.1940 of 2008\n\n                   ----------------------------------\n\n             Dated this the 19th day of January, 2010\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                            &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>Pius C.Kuriakose,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Having gone through the impugned judgment we<\/p>\n<p>are of the view that the learned Subordinate Judge was<\/p>\n<p>justified in placing reliance on Ext.A2 for the reason that one<\/p>\n<p>of the judgments covered by Ext.A2 in LAA.894\/2001 was<\/p>\n<p>held against the Government. We are of the view that in<\/p>\n<p>view of the dismissal of the above LAA there is no<\/p>\n<p>justification for proceeding with this appeal further. Appeal<\/p>\n<p>is dismissed.
