Since the<br \/>\ninformation is held by DERC. Query-9 pertains to Delhi Transco Limited and the DISCOMS. Queries 3, 7, 8 &amp; 9<br \/>\npertains to DISCOMS which have been ruled to be public authority by the Commission.
