No. 1492 of 2011\n\n2\/31.03.2011<\/pre>\n<p>        Defect with regard to certified copy is ignored for the<br \/>\n        present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Petitioner is permitted to make           a fresh seal and<br \/>\n        endorsement on the Vakalatnama, within one week.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    As prayed, Mr. Das is permitted to implead Asset<br \/>\n        Reconstruction Company India Ltd., as respondent no. 6, in course of<br \/>\n        the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Mr. Ananda Sen accepts notice on behalf of newly added<br \/>\n        respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Parties will serve their respective pleadings on him, in<br \/>\n        course of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Counter affidavit on behalf of newly respondent         nos. 5<br \/>\n        and 6 must be filed within two weeks.<br \/>\n           In W.P.C. No 894 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                      No order need be passed in impleadment petition filed on<br \/>\n          behalf of B.M.W. Industries Limited as it has already filed an<br \/>\n          independent writ petition being WPC No. 1249 of 2011, which also<br \/>\n          along with other cases are being heard together.\n<\/p>\n<p>          In W.P.C. No 863 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                      No order need be passed in impleadment petition filed on<br \/>\n          behalf of B.M.W.
