No.33035 of 2011\n                                         Pappu Kumar\n                                             Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    14.10.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 It would appear from perusal of the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                   that learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur has<\/p>\n<p>                   passed the impugned order without perusing the case diary on<\/p>\n<p>                   account of pressure given to him by the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the aforesaid, this petition stands<\/p>\n<p>                   disposed off with a direction to the learned 4th Additional<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur to pass a fresh order in B.P.<\/p>\n<p>                   No.974\/2011, after perusing the case diary of Paroo P.S.
