If any such application is preferred<br \/>\nby the present petitioner before the Mamlatdar and Executive<br \/>\nMagistrate, Bharuch, then the  Mamlatdar and Executive Magistrate<br \/>\nshall decide the same in accordance with law, as early as possible,<br \/>\npreferably within three months from the date of receipt of the<br \/>\napplication.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the application is disposed of.
