From the material on record it_apneereT\n\nthat after conducting die\u00a2iplinary'broceedings\nagainst the petitionernlo\u00a3dere_of punishment\nwere passed against him as per the orders at\n\nAnnexureefg }pf, is? age fF5\"deted 23.10.2003,\n25.l0.2\ufb02Q3ei\u00a7\u00a7ndeoil?.l2.\u00a7GO3 respectively.\nFetitioner has filed an appeal challenging the\n\nsaid \u00e9eders=befc:e the Board of Directors as\n\npe;\"AnnekureE\ufb01.l Though, the said appeal was\n\n'i'file\u00a7 on 24.12.2003, the Appellate Authority\n\n\"_hes not_eonsidered the same. Therefore, he\n\nhes .fii\u00e9e this writ petition seeking the\n\nanfollowing reliefs:\n\n{1} Issue writ in the nature of\nMandamus directing the 1\"'\n\nrespondent to clear all the<\/pre>\n<p>:\n<\/p>\n<p>it<\/p>\n<p>-5&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>(4) Award Cost of thie writ petition<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner, in the wi~i<\/p>\n<p>interest of justice and equity; \u00abfa 2<\/p>\n<p>:3&#8242;:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Sri B.G.Sridharan, ;leerned* senior _r<\/p>\n<p>counsel appearing for the petitionerl would&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>contend that though the petitioner hoe retired<br \/>\non 18.12.2003 as per the \ufb01eiunr\u00e9ry Retirement<br \/>\nScheme of the A\ufb01orporetion\ufb02itknnee\ufb01remc). the<br \/>\nretiral and peneionery henefite give not been<br \/>\nsettled  under the<br \/>\nscheme.:\ufb01 iiii &#8220;:\u00a3Wy;g \u00a7fQrt#er_&#8217;oontended that the<br \/>\norders ho\u00a7&#8221;V \u00a7u\ufb01\u00a7s5ee\ufb01t* im\ufb01oeed by the<\/p>\n<p>Corporation egainst the petitioner is without<\/p>\n<p>:hany_h3efe end retitioner has challenged the<\/p>\n<p>seme-g ee\u00a3e;eT; the Appellate Authority&#8217; on<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;ii24.l2:2OQ3&#8217;eho Appellate Authority has failed<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8221;Whto&#8221;eonsider the said appeal. Because of the<\/p>\n<p>iihaotion on the part of the Appellate<\/p>\n<p>\ufb02\ufb02utnority, petitioner has put to untold<\/p>\n<p>Ahhardship. Though the retitioner retired on<\/p>\n<p>m._.n,\u00ab_-V&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">-5-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>18.12.2303, the Corporation has not paid<\/p>\n<p>retiral and pensinary benefits to Fxtheg<\/p>\n<p>petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
