SHYAM BAHADUR SINGH, THE REGIONAL\n                        MANAGER, LAND DEVELOPMENT BANK, BHOJPUR,\n                        (ARA).\n                                        ----------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   25.08.2011             The    Bihar    State   Cooperative    Land<\/p>\n<p>                   Development Bank considering the disability status<\/p>\n<p>                   of the petitioner in compliance of the orders of the<\/p>\n<p>                   High Court dated 17.09.2010 passed order bearing<\/p>\n<p>                   Memo No.1306 dated 9.5.2011 whereunder taking<\/p>\n<p>                   into account the disability status of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   instead of part payment of arrears of salary, a sum of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.73,751\/- from the retiral dues of the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                   been paid so as to enable the petitioner to meet the<\/p>\n<p>                   medical expenses for treatment. In the event, the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          amount of Rs.73,751\/- is not sufficient to meet the<\/p>\n<p>          treatment expenses of the petitioner, he should file<\/p>\n<p>          another writ petition challenging the aforesaid order<\/p>\n<p>          giving details of the expenditure, which he has to<\/p>\n<p>          incur in connection with medical treatment.<\/p>\n<p>                    The contempt petition is, accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>          disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                ( V.
