However, the appellant found the information so received on 09\/04\/2008 as<br \/>\nincomplete and wrong. He instantly informed this to the FAA who ordered the PIO to furnish<br \/>\n the complete and correct information within 15 days, but till date the PIO had not carried out<br \/>\nthe order of the Appellate Authority, so the appellant has filed the second appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Shyam Budhiraja<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Sudhir Kumar PIO Karol Baug General branch<br \/>\n                Mr. Rajpal Sinngh PIO Karol Baug Horticulutre<br \/>\nThe appellant has asked a query which does not seek any information as defined in the RTI<br \/>\nact.
