Mr.Mrugesh Jani, learned Advocate appearing for the OL<br \/>\nsubmits that till date no reply has been received by OL from the<br \/>\nvaluer.  It is very unfortunate that a firm like GITCO does not<br \/>\nrespond promptly to the order passed by this Court or even letter<br \/>\nwritten by the OL. When certain queries raised by the Court it is<br \/>\ntheir bounden duty to respond to those queries promptly otherwise no<br \/>\nuseful purpose would be served of their valuation. Therefore, the OL<br \/>\nis once again directed to rigorously pursue the matter with the<br \/>\nValuer and the concerned Valuer, only with a view to maintain their<br \/>\nreputation in the market, should promptly respond to the queries and<br \/>\nthe reply of the valuer be placed before the Court on the next date<br \/>\nof hearing i.e. 24\/01\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis made clear that despite this order, if no response is received<br \/>\nfrom the valuer, the Court would pass appropriate order on the next<br \/>\nday.  Copies of this order and earlier order be sent to the valuer<br \/>\nalong with OL&#8217;s letter.
