Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :28\/05\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                               R.BASANT, J.\n\n                            ----------------------\n\n                           W.P.C.No.5645 of 2007\n\n                        ----------------------------------------\n\n                   Dated this the 28th day of May 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   submits   that   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.188\/07   of   Valappad   police   station   has   now   been   registered<\/p>\n<p>and   the   investigation   is   in   progress.     Earlier   complaints   were<\/p>\n<p>enquired into and no action was found necessary.   Be that as it<\/p>\n<p>may,   it   is   now   evident   that   the   needful   is   being   done   by   the<\/p>\n<p>police   on   the   grievance   raised   by   the   petitioner.     No   further<\/p>\n<p>directions appear to be necessary.   I have no reason to assume<\/p>\n<p>that the police shall not conduct a proper investigation into the<\/p>\n<p>crime referred above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.
