Justice P.BHAVADASAN\n\n Dated :22\/07\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n              P.R.RAMAN &amp; P.BHAVADASAN, JJ.\n\n                   -------------------------------\n\n                    W.P.(C) No. 19948 of 2009\n\n                   -------------------------------\n\n                  Dated this the 22nd July, 2009\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus<\/p>\n<p>compelling the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the illegal and<\/p>\n<p>forcible obstructions of respondents 3 to 7 and their agents, in<\/p>\n<p>the matter of taking usufructs by the petitioner from the eight<\/p>\n<p>coconut trees in the southern       portion of 9 cents of land in<\/p>\n<p>Sy.No.133\/60 and 61 of Kayamkulam Village belonging to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              2.   We have directed the learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader to get instructions in the matter. He submits that earlier<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s husband had made a complaint before the Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>Court which on being directed to be enquired into, a crime was<\/p>\n<p>registered and found that it is a civil dispute.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.19948 of 2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                After arguing for some time, the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition, without prejudice to his right to seek relief from<\/p>\n<p>appropriate forum. Leave granted.
