No. 596 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                               Heard learned counsel for the appellant and<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               This application is placed on receipt of Lower<\/p>\n<p>                   Court Records. The sole appellant stands convicted<\/p>\n<p>                   under section 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act and sentenced<\/p>\n<p>                   to undergo rigorous imprisonment for ten years and<\/p>\n<p>                   also a fine of Rs. 1,00,000\/- (one lac) failing which to<\/p>\n<p>                   serve further period of two years. As pointed out<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant was apprehended on assumed custody of<\/p>\n<p>                   135 Kgs of Ganja which was neither sealed nor any<\/p>\n<p>                   sample was taken at any point of time rather from<\/p>\n<p>                   evidence of P.Ws. 7 and 8, it is pointed out that after a<\/p>\n<p>                   month sample was taken and sent for examination<\/p>\n<p>                   and report.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, during the pendency of this appeal, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant     namely,   Shailendra   Kumar    Singh,   be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                   like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, in connection with G.R.<\/p>\n<p>          No. 330\/2007, Tr.
