B. Dabhi, learned APP for<br \/>\nthe applicant &#8211; State of Gujarat and on perusal of the impugned<br \/>\njudgment and order dated 08.04.2010 rendered in Sessions Case No.30<br \/>\nof 2008 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.14,<br \/>\nAhmedabad City, acquitting the respondents &#8211; accused of the<br \/>\noffences under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 306 and 114 of the Indian<br \/>\nPenal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,<br \/>\naccording to us, this is a fit case to grant leave to file appeal.<br \/>\nHence leave to file appeal is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication stands disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nA.
