No.30011 of 2010\n                                   BANDELAL MEHTA\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13.08.2010              The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                  12.7.2010 in condition No. 2 on the ground that he had already<\/p>\n<p>                  mentioned the fact that there is one other case pending in<\/p>\n<p>                  paragraph 14 of the petition despite which the said condition<\/p>\n<p>                  was imposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In view of such, the order dated 12.7.2010 is<\/p>\n<p>                  modified to that extent that enquiry be made that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  is an accused in only Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 211 of 1998<\/p>\n<p>                  and no other which fact will be verified by the Magistrate before<\/p>\n<p>                  releasing the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Let this order be communicated to the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                  Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in Sour Bazar P.S.
