\ninitiated against ianehg\ufb01iggaaj fang it is
\nalleged that ba:had reoainod u\ufb01;authorisedly
\nabsent fromdia;iaia\u00e98d\u00a7i1i\ufb02\u00a7,i.1998. He denied
\nthe charge. i\ufb01omas\ufb01ia enquiry was ordered in<\/p>\n
which the ,enquirg “officer found that the<\/p>\n
,\u00aboharq\u00e9a is proved._ The enquiry report was<\/p>\n
raodeptedd\u00abtgf*_the Corporation and Eva was<\/p>\n
dismissed Sarah’ service on 27.2.2002. This<\/p>\n
i, dismissal gave rise to an industrial disoute<\/p>\n
=n;and’the deceased workman filed an application<\/p>\n
hr “under Sec.10(4~A) of the industrial Disputes<\/p>\n
h”\u00bb_u”Aot before the Labour Court. The Labour Court<\/p>\n
found that the domestic enquiry held by the
\nCorporation was fair and proper. During the<\/p>\n
pendency’ of the matter, Anthoni Raj passed<\/p>\n
