   under The Kanaataka Motor Vehicles Taxation<\/p>\n
   (hereina\ufb02zer zefermti to as ‘the Act’ for brevity). It<\/p>\n
” that context, when the defendmt had demanded the tax<\/p>\n

Trial Court contending that the seizure of the vehicie on<\/p>\n

\nvehicle was being used withsut  the owner of<\/p>\n

 0’ eve31T;~–;i;voia:1d have   aside and to that extent the lower<\/p>\n
 was justi\ufb01ed. At the same time, the<\/p>\n
judg\ufb01fent vd\u00a3iix;e{.lA0::19.08.2006 passed by the Lower Appellate<\/p>\n
‘Court ineieciding the rights of the par\ufb01es also cannot be<\/p>\n

  11. Hence, it is made clear that any of the<\/p>\n
