Mr. S.Piprewal, Advocate\n           For Opp.Party 5 &amp; 6:    Mr. Jalisur Rahman, JC to GP-II\n                                   ---------\n04. 10.02.2009<\/pre>\n<p> The present application has been preferred mainly on the<br \/>\n          ground that there is alleged deliberate breach of an order passed by<br \/>\n          this Court dated 1st August, 2006 in C.W.J.C.No. 2146 of 1997(R).\n<\/p>\n<p>          2.       Having heard learned for both the parties and looking to the<br \/>\n          facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the following<br \/>\n          was the direction given by this Court while passing the aforesaid<br \/>\n          order:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                      &#8220;In the circumstances, respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 are directed to<br \/>\n                   send required information or the documents to respondent no.4-JPSC,<br \/>\n                   within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.<br \/>\n                   Respondent no.4 in its turn shall pass orders in the matter in<br \/>\n                   accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of<br \/>\n                   required documents.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                      It goes without saying that if the respondents require any document<br \/>\n                   from the petitioner no.1, he will supply the same.<br \/>\n                      Let a copy of the order be handed over to Mrs. I.Sen Choudhary, S.<br \/>\n                   Piprawall and Mr. Rahman.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                      With these observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed<br \/>\n                   of.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>          3.       In view of the aforesaid direction, it appears that original<br \/>\n          respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 of the writ petition have already<br \/>\n          submitted the necessary documents to Jharkhand Public Service<br \/>\n          Commission. Thus, there is no breach of the order passed by this<br \/>\n          Court by original respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 of the writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>          4.       It also appears from the affidavit filed by the Jharkhand Public<br \/>\n          Service Commission that upon receipt of the necessary documents<br \/>\n          from the original respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5, a final decision has<br \/>\n          already been taken by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission,<br \/>\n          which is Annexure-A to the affidavit filed by Jharkhand Public<br \/>\n          Service Commission. The decision, as directed by this Court, has<br \/>\n          already been taken vide order dated 16th February, 2008 (Anexure-A<br \/>\n          to the show cause of opposite party no.4)\n<\/p>\n<p>          5.       Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner<br \/>\n          ventilated the grievance about the illegality of the decision taken by<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2.<\/span><br \/>\n      the Jharkhand Public Service Commission. Suffice it to say that<br \/>\n      there is a due compliance of the order passed by this Court as stated<br \/>\n      hereinabove. There is no breach of the order much less deliberate<br \/>\n      breach. In that view of the matter, there is no substance in the<br \/>\n      present application. Hence the same is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      6.
