 be owner of property bearing Sy.No.169\/ 2 situated<\/p>\n
if  east of the suit property bearing Sy.No.170, is<\/p>\n

and enjoyment of the plaintiff over the suit property<\/p>\n

\nvillage, having purchased its original owner
\nand it is npoit   V’ the alleged suit<\/p>\n
properties   in between the suit<\/p>\n
properties  of the first defendant there is
\nproperty  [plot No.3] and there is no<\/p>\n
occasion. for  defendant to interfere with the alleged<\/p>\n
 enjoyment of the plaintiff over the suit<\/p>\n
