Chauhan,<br \/>\nlearned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been preferred by the applicant for fixing<br \/>\nthe early date of hearing of main Special Civil Application, which is<br \/>\nof the year 1994.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn the<br \/>\nfacts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the<br \/>\napplicant is reported to be senior citizen and even otherwise, the<br \/>\nmain Special Civil Application is of the year 1994, Registry is<br \/>\ndirected to notify the main Special Civil Application for final<br \/>\nhearing on 17\/10\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tWith<br \/>\nthis, the present application is allowed.
