the  ‘   Insdtsnce~Company has \ufb01led the
\nappeaiatzd the ~h::1ve \ufb01led the Cross-Objection.\n<\/p>\n
5. _ _ The “‘appeHaat-txtseutance Company contends that as per<\/p>\n
 posttticrtein report, the age of the deceased is<\/p>\n
V  \ufb01t) years and therefore the multiplier taken at 12<\/p>\n
 V It is also submitted by the appellant that the<\/p>\n
 earnings of the deceased taken at Rs.3,000\/- in the<\/p>\n
2 \u00bb AA absence of any evidence is emtmeous. Interest awarded at 8%<\/p>\n
his also challenged as excessive.\n<\/p>\n
