4. Sri    for the appellant”\n<\/p>\n
Insurance   has erred by taking
\nthe disability Iielation to the whole body, when
\nthe  ~  ti}:  respondent has assessed the
\n  to the limb. According to him,<\/p>\n
 E  ef\ufb01gnb disability is taken. as the whole body<\/p>\n
    instant case, woukl come to 8 — 9%. He also<\/p>\n
