The counter affidavit of the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent   shows   that   in   view   of   the   letter   of   credit   already<\/p>\n<p>available,   there   were   certain   recommendations   and   that,   as   of<\/p>\n<p>now,   further   letters   of   credit   for   the   work   of   construction   of<\/p>\n<p>G.V.Raja Sports School will be considered by the Government on<\/p>\n<p>production   of  copies  of   technical   sanction  and   accounts  of   part<\/p>\n<p>payments.     The   Government   letter   is   stated   to   be   gaining   the<\/p>\n<p>attention   of   the   competent   officer.     Hence   this   writ   petition   is<\/p>\n<p>disposed   of     directing   that   the   details   called   for   by   the   4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall be made available by the second respondent at<\/p>\n<p>the   earliest   and   the     reply   to   the   Government   letter   dated<\/p>\n<p>17.1.2007 shall also be issued without delay.
