\tThe
\napplicant – Bank has requested for disbursement of the sale proceeds.\n<\/p>\n
\tOfficial
\nLiquidator has submitted that a sum of Rs.3,69,00,000=00 is
\navailable, after auction sale of certain properties of the company in
\nliquidation. It is further submitted by the OL that in response to
\nthe advertisement, claims from one secured creditor and other
\nunsecured creditors are received, however, until now, any claim from
\nthe workers has not been received. He has also submitted that for the
\npurpose of verification of the dues of the company and the claims,
\nreport of the Chartered Accountant is awaited. Since despite
\nadvertisement, the workers claim is not received, OL is directed to
\nissue advertisement in “Gujarat Mitra” and “Divya
\nBhaskar” both Surat edition so as to again invite claims from
\nthe workers of the company in liquidation. Inquiries may also be made
\nwith regard to the workers of the company in liquidation with the
\nProvident Fund Department and ESI Corporation. The OL may take steps,
\nexpeditiously, for issuing advertisement and also for gathering the
\ndetails from the concerned Labour Department and Provident Fund
\nOrganization, etc. with regard to the workers.\n<\/p>\n
